Got a quote? Bring it.

Bring any written quote from a licensed closet company. We measure your space ourselves, design it fresh in our own system, and put our price next to theirs, line by line. A discount only matters against the number you actually pay, so we compare against their final installed price after every discount on their quote: the seasonal sale, the percent off, the free installation. On the same scope, our installed price lands at least 10% below that number. If it ever doesn’t, we tell you straight. And if their quote is the better deal for you, we’ll say so.

Sign for a walk-in. Your second space is $99.

Contract a walk-in closet and we design, build, and install a reach-in closet or a pantry in the same color, standard build, in the same home, at the same visit, for $99. You’ll see the price we quote for that reach-in or pantry on its own and the $99 line side by side on your quote.

Why we’re doing this

Our makers bring 25 years of combined craft. The Maker Closets name is new to the DMV, and the fastest way to earn trust here is to put our work in your home and let it speak. So for the first 20 homes, we’re making the decision easy. The walk-in is quoted at the same written price for everyone. We add the second space at $99, and we put our price next to whatever quote you already have. If yours is lower, the adjustment shows on your quote as its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How it works

    Bring your other quote if you have one. If you don't, nothing changes.

  2. We measure and design.

    Our own measurements, our own 3D design. You see it before you decide.

  3. You get one exact price, in writing.

    Walk-in, second space at $99, any upgrades you chose, all itemized. No estimate that grows later.

  4. We build and install.

    2 to 3 weeks from design approval. Our own employees, not subcontractors. You inspect the finished work before the balance is due.

The terms, in plain English

  • Available to the first 20 homes in the DMV to sign a contract. The count above is updated with each signed contract. No extension when it ends.
  • Quote comparison requires a written, dated, currently valid quote from a licensed company, compared on the same scope: dimensions, drawer and door count, accessories, finish grade, installation, and removal. We compare against their final installed price after every discount shown on their quote. Any adjustment appears as a separate line on your quote.
  • $99 second space requires a walk-in closet contract. One reach-in closet or pantry, standard build (adjustable shelving, hanging, and tower sections), same color as the walk-in, same home, same installation visit. Confirmed during design; not added after signing. Anything beyond standard build is listed at our written price, and only if you ask for it.
  • Both offers apply together. Not combinable with trade partner credits.
  • Not tied to reviews or photos in any way.
  • Lifetime Warranty, 3D Design Preview, 2 to 3 Week Build, and installation by our own DMV employees apply to every space we build. Read the warranty terms.

Is this a discount?

The walk-in is quoted at the same written price for everyone, this month or next April. If you bring a lower quote, the adjustment appears as its own line. The second space is quoted at the price we'd charge for it on its own, and for the first 20 homes the $99 line replaces it. Every number stays visible on your quote.

What if you can't beat my quote?

We'll tell you, and we'll tell you why. Sometimes the other quote is the right one. We'd rather say so than win a job we can't build the way we promised.

Do I have to bring a quote?

No. Your price is in writing either way. The quote just lets us show the comparison.
