Maker Closets Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty covers the closet, pantry, or storage system Maker Closets DMV Inc designed and installed for the original purchaser at the address on the signed agreement.

Coverage begins on the date installation is completed and you have inspected the work. It stays in force for as long as the original purchaser owns and lives in that home. It does not transfer to a new owner.

Defects in materials and workmanship in:

• ·Panels, shelves, partitions, and hanging rods we installed
• ·Drawer boxes and drawer slides
• ·Hinges, doors, and door hardware we supplied
• ·Our installation, including how the system is fastened to your wall

If a covered part fails, we repair or replace it at our option, with the same or an equivalent component, and we do the work. There is no service call fee, no trip charge, and no labor charge for warranty work. If a color or component has been discontinued, we use the closest available match.

• ·Normal wear, including scratches, scuffs, and finish changes from ordinary use
• ·Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the design load, alteration, or repair by anyone other than Maker Closets
• ·Damage from moisture, water, humidity, flooding, or leaks, including damage that starts in the wall behind the system
• ·Damage from fire, pests, settling or movement of the building, or anything outside the system itself
• ·Items you supplied, or components we did not install
• ·Lighting and electrical components. These are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, not by this lifetime warranty. We will help you with the manufacturer's claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
